A Conversation with Ryan Johnson & commentary.

A conversation with
Ryan Johnson.

I said,
“I feel crazy
I want to just be me!”
he says,
“then do.”
I say,
“I can’t have big dreams
like when I was a little kid.”
He says,
“yes you can.”
I say,
“I feel like I have to always
live up to others expectations!”
he says,
“well not around me.”
I don’t even know him
yet he made me feel
a whole lot better.
I question love and “the one”
He says,
“it’s possible”
And I soak it in.

I wrote this quite a long time ago and for some reason two of my more serious conversations of the day lead me to think of this. Sometimes the things you need to hear come from places you wouldn't have thought to look.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog and I should clarify the babysitter was one of her favorites, because you are definately one of their favorite babysitters. I was reading your little post and thought it was coming from my brain about a year ago,(expcept the love part)I have to tell you I wish I would have come to the realization earlier in my life that I need to be me because it makes me happy and if I am not happy and feel fullfilled, what is the purpose of me being here. I hope you know you are wonderful. ALL aspects of you!!!! I know you know who you want to be and you need to follow your dreams and be true to yourself and we will always support you!! I love you tons!!!
